The quality of the portrait depends on the quality of the photography

If using non-professional photo, please, follow the guidelines listed below:
- 1. Digital photos should be larger than 3.1"x7.4" - 8x12cm;
- 2. Hair should be detailed enough to tell how it's combed and eye color should be visible from the printed photograph.
Choose the Pose
Please, decide on a primary image for the pose of the person You want to be portrayed. The artist won't be able to change a facial pose.
Our Special Requests
We can do for You such special requests as:
- Adding color to black and white photos;
- Combining persons from the separate photos into one portrait;
- Putting clothing from one photo on the figure in another;
- Adding a unique background;
- Removing a person from the photo;
These requests can be also possible, but we are against of recommending them to You because their usage can lead to changing the subject's nature:
- Removing or adding hair
- Removing eyeglasses
Digital Photos
It is not a problem if You have no a good digital photos. We can print Your digital photos using a professional digital printer. For this reason, we require higher quality images than those suitable for screen viewing.
If You have digital photos You can bring them to our office or email them to our web site.

BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER, PLEASE, DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Over think a canvas size. One figure on the portrait is preferable to be vertically painted, two or more persons are usually done horizontally.
- Decide which pictorial elements You want to included in the portrait (backgrounds, office room, chairs, etc).
- Select head and shoulders, half body or full body pose.
- Specify additional subject(s) for group portrait. For instance, some figures need to be combined together from separate photos.

Before sending Your portrait, we will send You the photo of that portrait for Your review. You may accept the order or suggest any changes. If You are satisfied with our work done after viewing the photo, we will send it to Your address.
In the case of non satisfaction of the portrait by You, please, reply to us and clearly state the reason for Your dissatisfaction and mention all the changes You would like to have made. We will address these changes and send You a 2 proof with touch-ups for Your approval. If You are finally dissatisfied with the portrait or You may request a full refund.
If everything is okay, we will then send the portrait to Your shipping address.
